CultureCamp AI LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our platform.
1. Overview
CultureCamp AI LLC (“CultureCamp,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email, and organization affiliation when you register or accept a team invite.
- Assessment Data: Responses to cultural values assessments and related analytics.
- Team and Organization Data: Information about the teams or organizations you belong to.

- Interactions with the AI: Questions and responses to the AI during chat interactions.
- Technical Data: Browser type, device information, IP address, and usage analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Generate individual, team, and organization-level insights and reports;
- Provide AI-driven recommendations and coaching prompts;
- Support your organization’s internal development and coaching initiatives;
- Improve the accuracy and quality of our algorithms and services;
- Communicate service updates or engagement notifications.
We do not use your identified assessment data for advertising, resale, or any third-party analytics unrelated to your organization’s use.
4. Data Sharing
Your identified information is shared only with:
- The organization(s) you are part of within CultureCamp;
- Authorized coaches and managers who have invited you or who oversee your team.
We may share aggregated, anonymized insights with partners or researchers to improve the platform, but such data cannot identify individuals.
We do not sell or rent your personal or assessment data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account or your organization’s subscription is active. You may request deletion or anonymization of your identified assessment data at any time by emailing privacy@culturecamp.ai. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
If your company's engagement ends after the included three-month period without continuing to a subscription, you may choose to have your team's data retained in case you subscribe later, or deleted.
6. Security
We use encryption, access control, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and authenticated users within your organization.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to maintain session state and improve user experience. You can adjust browser settings to block cookies, but this may affect platform functionality.
On our public marketing website we also use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand how visitors find and use the site:
- Mixpanel and Google Analytics — product and website analytics. These record pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, time spent on a page, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — advertising measurement. This tells us which LinkedIn campaigns bring visitors to the site, and allows us to show LinkedIn ads to people who have visited it.
- Calendly — meeting scheduling. Loaded only if you choose to book a call. The name, email, and any answers you give Calendly are processed by Calendly and shared with us so we can prepare for and attend the meeting.
These services set their own cookies and receive data directly. If you submit the contact form on our website, or book a call with us, the name, email, and any details you provide are stored in our CRM and notified to our sales channel so we can respond.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage LinkedIn advertising in your LinkedIn ad preferences. Browser-level cookie blocking and "Do Not Track" settings will also limit this collection.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your data;
- Request corrections or deletions;
- Withdraw consent for data processing;
- Export your data in a portable format.
Requests can be made to privacy@culturecamp.ai.
9. International Transfers
If you access CultureCamp from outside the United States, your data may be processed and stored in the U.S. using secure, GDPR-compliant data handling practices.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
