For Companies · Leadership Alignment · Team Performance · Organizational Change

What change does your company need to make next? Your people still have to change how they work together.

A new operating system. A reorg. AI in a critical workflow. A leadership team that has to start moving as one. The strategy is the easy part — the harder work is changing the decisions, workflows, and habits of the people who have to live it. CultureCamp gives you a baseline of how your team operates today, shows you where change will create friction, and tracks whether new ways of working are actually taking hold.

Already work with an executive or team coach? CultureCamp works alongside them.

The rollout finishes. The behavior doesn't change.

Installing a tool doesn't create transformation. Transformation happens when people start making decisions differently, redesigning workflows around what's now possible, sharing responsibility in new ways, and letting go of processes that used to work. The rollout can be complete, everyone can have access, the training can be finished — and people can still quietly return to the way they worked before. CultureCamp helps you see the human side of that change while you can still do something about it.

Big enough that misalignment is expensive

Small enough to change fast

Close enough to the work that leadership can actually intervene

Knowing the people helps. Knowing how the team operates is different.

Most organizations already have useful ways to understand individuals—their strengths, preferences, values, or working styles.

CultureCamp is complementary to that insight.

We look at what happens when those individuals operate together as a team:

  • How does this team make decisions?
  • Where is it aligned?
  • Where is it likely to experience friction?
  • How does it respond when certainty, roles, processes, or expectations change?
  • Is the team's behavior actually moving as the transformation progresses?

Individual insight helps you understand the people. CultureCamp helps you understand the system those people create together—and whether that system is ready for the change you're asking it to make.

Start with the business

One team. One important goal. One baseline.

CultureCamp isn't another personality profile for every employee. Start with something your company actually needs to accomplish.

Align leadership around the next stage of growth

Are executives operating in a way that supports what the business now requires?

Integrate a new leadership team

How does this team actually operate, and what has to change for it to succeed?

Improve cross-functional execution

Why are two capable teams struggling to decide or deliver together?

Restructure the organization

Are new roles and decision rights actually becoming normal?

Adopt AI across a critical workflow

Can the team move from experimentation to a genuinely different way of working?

Implement a new ERP or operating system

Where will cross-functional friction make adoption difficult?

How it works

Diagnose. Track. Prove.

The same three-part rhythm CultureCamp runs for every coaching engagement, adapted to a company evaluating a specific initiative.

01
Diagnose
See how the team operates today, against the goal in front of it.

A six-minute Culture Baseline establishes the team's operating profile—decision style, shared values, points of disagreement, likely friction—and connects it to the outcome you're trying to reach. If your initiative needs experimentation but the team strongly favors certainty and established process, that matters. Not what the team says its culture is. How it actually operates together.

02
Track
See whether the change is taking hold.

Between-Session Pulses (three questions, two minutes) show what's moving, what's stalled, and where new friction is emerging—while the initiative is still underway, instead of months after people reverted.

03
Prove
Know whether the organization actually changed.

A before-and-after view tied to the business goal. Leadership sees more than whether the project shipped—they see whether the team moved with it.

Data by itself doesn't change an organization. Leadership and coaching do. CultureCamp shows you where intervention has the most leverage.

Coach-powered · AI-enabled · Human-centered

Technology can show you the signal. People still create the change.

We don't believe organizations need an AI bot pretending to be an executive coach. CultureCamp uses AI where AI is useful—maintaining context, synthesizing signals, spotting patterns, preparing insights, keeping teams connected to the goal between interventions. Meaningful organizational change still requires judgment, trust, and human conversation. That's why CultureCamp is built to work with great coaches, not replace them.

Bring your coach

Already have a coach? Bring them with you.

If you already work with an executive coach, team coach, OD consultant, or change advisor, they can use CultureCamp with your team. They get a shared baseline before the work begins, more specific data on how the team operates, visibility between sessions, and evidence of what's changing. Your coach keeps the relationship and methodology that already works.

Don't have a coach? We can match you with one who knows the methodology.

What you actually get

What actually happens, and what stays private.

Mechanics

  • The Culture Baseline assessment takes six minutes per person
  • Results are ready immediately
  • Works for a team of 3–50 people
  • Between-session pulses are three to eight questions, two minutes
  • You get: a team Culture Baseline, an individual report for each participant, and a leadership view tied to your goal

Confidentiality

Each participant sees their own individual results
Managers and leadership see team-level patterns, not individual responses
Pulse responses are reported in aggregate, never attributed
CultureCamp is not a monitoring tool: no message reading, no activity tracking, no productivity surveillance
If your company doesn't continue after month three, you choose whether your data stays in the system for later or is deleted

Your first three months are included in your coaching engagement. Your coach sets up your team, runs the Culture Baseline, and works the data with you—the platform is part of what they're already delivering. From month four, your company continues on its own subscription: monthly, or annual for two months free. Your coach walks you through it at kickoff, so there's no surprise invoice. If you decide not to continue, you choose whether your data stays in the system in case you subscribe later, or is deleted.

Methodology

Team intelligence with something underneath it.

CultureCamp's methodology is built on the Schneider Culture Model and refined through years of executive and team coaching. The assessment evaluates the values and tensions that shape how teams operate and translates them into a Culture Baseline leaders and coaches can use. The goal isn't to label your team—it's to show you what's true today, what the business needs next, and where the gap sits.

You don't need a company-wide culture initiative.

Pick one team. Pick one outcome that matters. Establish the baseline. Make the intervention. Measure what changes. If it creates value, expand from there.

Know how your team operates. Know what needs to change. Know whether it did.

Let's talk.
